A slightly different start to the week, meeting at piccadilly to start the week at 9.30 sports a quick 5k this morning to change up from a 17.2k effort yesterday. Running going good but a bit to do to get to where i want to be come race day on 16th June… This week is the big week to put it all in.
Tube in is surprisingly ok. Busy but at clapham north a packed train rolled in and amazingly a guy moved to let me get on… Nothing short of unheard of.
Then carried on to embankment for a walk through trafalgar square on the way, this is when London really isn’t so bad, sunshine, people on holiday so you can squeeze on a tube and get to where you want to be in rush hour….
So a nice start to the week, let’s see how it goes…
